OUR 4-STEP RISK MITIGATION STRATEGY

1. BASIC CLEANING will be carried out by our cleaning contractor to our normal very high standard (as witnessed by our consistent 5-star ratings) and will also then carry out

2. ADDITIONAL ITEMS as indicated in their ‘Cleaning Essentials Checklist’

3. COMPLETION ITEMS will be undertaken by the Property Manager and 1-2 The Haven will then be locked and sealed ready for guest arrival

4. 72 CLEAR HOURS will be the minimum period left before any scheduled guest arrival.

Note that a key part of our risk mitigation strategy for COVID-19 is the adoption of a turnround strategy which ensures a minimum of 72 CLEAR HOURS between any cleaning and any guest arriving. We believe that allowing this time for the natural reduction in viability of the coronavirus as advised by Public Health England in conjunction with the rigorous and thorough cleaning regime as outlined in this checklist offers the greatest possible mitigation of risk to our guests.
